In an urban life, gifts come and go. I found this cool knife still in a box, for many years I presume. My recent fascination with carving spoons and utensils, I met some resistance from my prepper compadre in using wood utensils, so I thought I’d share this new found hardware. The Swiss army utensil knife? Not sure what I should call this, but once I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised of its usefulness.

A long lost gift. Sitting on a garage shelf for many years.

A compact fork knife and spoon set. Cheap carabiner and plenty of safety instructions, LOL

Also a bottle opener, which is always handy 🍺

Here’s the cool part. The body is split and held together with to extended rivets, allowing for a traditional fork and knife.

The knife side also has the spoon.

Nicely machined for what it is, and where it was built. “Ginna”

All in all, I like this little gadget. In the end, I’ll stick to my wooden utensils, but I give this little gimmick tool a 7 on the utility scale. God bless!
